Helen Patrikis, President & Founder
With more than 25 years experience helping clients in just about every industry, Helen launched HP•PR in 2014 to put her entrepreneurial spirit to work in those areas about which she’s most passionate: travel, culinary and lifestyle and health/wellness brands.
A dynamic, creative, strategic leader with a talent for story development and a commitment to excellence, Helen has earned a reputation as a trusted partner for clients and a valued resource for the media.
Prior to HP•PR, Helen was at Robert Marston And Associates, where her clients included Relais & Châteaux, Montblanc, Major League Baseball, The Juilliard School, LifeScan, BioGaia Probiotics, and The Conservation Fund, among others. She’s designed social media strategies, arranged sponsorships, handled new product launches, and conducted media training for chefs, celebrities, athletes, authors, CEOs and industry experts.
Earlier in her career, Helen worked in the fashion industry as production manager at a wholesale company and as proprietor of a retail shop. In her spare time, she serves as communications advisor for the Huntington Lighthouse Preservation Society.
Anne Kazel-Wilcox, associate
Anne Kazel Wilcox has more than 20 years of management-level public relations experience, including extensive work with national and regional media. She’s a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who’s adept at developing strategic branding and marketing programs. Her adventures and knowledge of the luxury travel market are particularly far reaching.
Anne is a highly experienced writer and content creator and has produced an array of content, including more than 100 travel features covering locations around the globe and published in outlets such as the Baltimore Sun, Chicago Tribune, Miami Herald, Los Angeles Times, Robb Report, and Simply the Best Magazine among other outlets.
More often than not, you'll find Anne in the Caribbean or Central America, where she travels extensively. She's also been sighted in Stalin's hidden bunker near Moscow, tracking endangered jaguars in rainforests, sampling spices in Morocco, or seeking out Northern Lights in Norway.
Earlier in her career, Anne helped run the corporate PR subsidiary of Grey Advertising.
She recently co-authored the book, West Point ’41: The Class That Went To War and Shaped America, in conjunction with seven US generals.
Anne holds a business degree from New York University.
Lacey Young, Associate
Lacey Young, founder of Young Social, serves as the social media arm of HP-PR, assisting clients with smart strategies that connect them with influencers and increase brand awareness.
Young’s expertise includes customized social media strategies and content creation for clients in various industries. She honed her skills at a leading NYC based social media agency, first as a community manager and then as part of the paid media team. She helped to design and oversee real-time paid media and ad optimization for leading brands, such as GE, L'Oreal, Unilever, and NBC, among others.
Young is a cum laude graduate of College of Charleston with a major in Corporate Communication.
